For most of my kids' lives, it has been our tradition to give them new pajamas on Christmas Eve.
Somehow, it escaped me last year:
I didn't realize it until I looked at the photos later that day and noticed that not one of my children was wearing anything remotely resembling a matching set of pajamas. I'm making my list and checkin' it twice this year!
