Freedom at Risk

34

Below is a copy of an email I sent to everyone I know. I feel a great urgency to preserve the America that was so amazingly set up by our Founding Fathers.

I know many people argue that to keep up with the news is too depressing, and we shouldn't waste our time. But today, it is vital to know what is happening in our country, and more importantly, in our government.

Does anyone feel weird about the alarming number of Czars being appointed in Obama's administration? That's not representative government. The United States Constitution clearly laid out a representative form of government. Who do the Czars represent? They represent a president who has a dangerous socialist agenda.

Does anyone stop to think about the fact that the government now owns banks, GM, and soon healthcare? I'm not spouting conspiracy theories here; it's actually already happened!

Does it worry you that the terror threat is downplayed? That the President travels the Middle East proclaiming us to be "the largest Muslim country" in the world, and "not a Christian nation."

"Change" is happening faster than we ever could have imagined. Please take the time to get informed, educated, read and re-read the founding documents. They are all online and free if you don't have a copy. Read and compare with what you hear on the news. If it doesn't fit, call your elected officials.

"It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams, Founding Father. (He argued that the Tea Party was not the act of a lawless mob, but was instead a principled protest and the only remaining option the people had to defend their constitutional rights.)

We are on the verge of losing our Constitutional rights. Don't let this happen. It may mean another revolution. If so, are you ready to defend your rights? Are you ready to let your voice be heard?

The minutemen knew that they could possibly lose their lives over the cause of freedom. It was radical and dangerous. It still is. But it's worth it.

If you agree, let your voice be heard. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Tell your government. Call the White House. The number is 202-456-1111. It is, after all, YOUR White House.
